Kevin Williams

Founder & CEO

A&P (1996) IA (1999). A&P instructor.  General Aviation, business and corporate, heavy jet experience in a multitude of aircraft.  Highly motivated to make aircraft better than they were when they showed up.  Worked 135, 121, manufacturing, and FBO type shops. Previous DOM for several locations.

TJ Long

TJ has an USAF background, Avionics, and heavy electrical knowledge. He is the new shop manager, utilizing his natural leadership skills and abilities to produce a quality product in an acceptable amount of time.

Brenden Geffre

has been a certified A&P for over a year now. He has recently completed his PPL training and looks forward to advancing his ratings in the future. Brenden has a level of attention to detail that is unheard of in a young adult his age and really takes pride in delivering a top quality product.

Gary Booze

Mechanic / Instuctor

has spent his entire career in heavy structures and fabrication at a local MRO on heavy aircraft. Mr. Booze has a skill set that is unmatched in this area. Mr. Booze recently became an instructor for the local school system where he trains high school students in aviation. Currently he is building an RV-12 with his studends. Although Booze is a contract mechanic he is and will always be a part of the On Time family. His level of quality and workmanship far exceed any expectations.
